Ron Benton, MBA, Associate

Ron Benton is a strategy process and strategy execution consultant who has guided businesses and sales organizations in identifying and aligning to achieve billions of dollars in revenue opportunities and over $1B in cost reductions.  

Ron has 25 years of experience consulting to leaders of global businesses and their functional leaders on strategy development, strategy execution, leadership communications, and organizational performance measurement. 

Clients include the insurance, commercial banking, and retail banking units of a global financial services firm, a Norwegian manufacturer, and an enterprise computing business.  

Previously, Ron directed Hewlett-Packard’s business strategy, organizational acceleration, and performance measurement internal consulting practices, and program-managed several global initiatives.

Ron oversaw consulting engagements with many enterprise and consumer product groups and divisions, as well as with emerging country and region leadership teams.  His team conducted a major retrospective of the company’s merger and acquisition practices to drive continuous M&A improvement.  He was intimately involved in the HP-Compaq merger and in the creation of customer and quality systems for the new company.
